Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on Orders that are above a certain price threshold may qualify for free shipping. See individual product pages for details.

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

Flat Rates typically no more than $25

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

If your country isn’t showing in the list, sadly, we cannot ship to this location.

In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it’s normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.

The list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to.

We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Federal holidays excluded.
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If under our control we will contact you as soon as possible and if you desire we will refund your purchase. If not under our control it is the customer’s responsibility to pursue any claim against the shipper. To ALL of our customers, we are required to inform you as soon as possible and provide a new estimated delivery date.
