Our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased. The terms are set out below.
Print-On-Demand and Made-On-Demand Products:
IXNAY proudly sources Print-On-Demand and Made-On-Demand products whenever possible. This helps eliminate waste and saves our valuable natural resources.
Because these products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. We will only consider returns for items that are defective upon receipt or if the incorrect item was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Other exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), downloadable software or media products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To start a return
You can contact us using the SUPPORT CONTACT FORM. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a United States address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer,
Shipping Refunds and Return Shipping
Return shipping for non-defective items will be paid by you, the customer.
In the event of a defective/faulty item, IXNAY LLC will refund the original shipping cost of the specific item(s) and not necessarily the entire order. IXNAY LLC will also send a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the SUPPORT CONTACT FORM.
Refunds on Gift Purchases
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
