Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
The Logistics of IXNAY
We reject the "hidden fee" model. Our shipping is designed to be transparent, fair, and focused on getting gear to Independents with the least amount of friction.
Domestic (United States)
We keep it simple: $4.99 flat-rate shipping on all standard orders. If you’re going all-in and your order exceeds $75, shipping is on us.
International Shipping
We ship to Dissenters worldwide. To keep costs predictable, we use a zoned flat-rate system for our most active regions:
- Canada: $9.99 Flat Rate.
- UK, EU, Australia, & New Zealand: $12.99 Flat Rate.
- Rest of World: Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout to ensure accuracy and protection against regional volatility.
Production & Transit
Because we value sustainability over mass-market waste, your gear is printed only when you order it.
- Processing: Usually 2 business days.
- Transit: Calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
- Customs: For international orders, any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not bake these into our prices to ensure you only pay what your specific region requires.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we try to ship to as many countries as possible. Rates vary depending on many factors including where the order is fulfilled (IXNAY partners with both USA and internationally-based vendors and warehouses) and what shipping companies actually deliver to a specific country of destination. Add your items to cart and fill out your address to get a quote. The international shipping rates on IXNAY.COM are adjusted dynamically to reflect current market prices.

If your country isn’t showing in the list, sadly, we cannot ship to this location.
In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it’s normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.
The list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to.
We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Federal holidays excluded.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If under our control we will contact you as soon as possible and if you desire we will refund your purchase. If not under our control it is the customer’s responsibility to pursue any claim against the shipper. To ALL of our customers, we are required to inform you as soon as possible and provide a new estimated delivery date.
